SPINACH SOUFFLE 
3 pkgs. frozen spinach, cooked and rained
1 tbsp. minced onion sauteed in 3 tbsp. butter
1 bouillon beef cube in 1 c. hot water
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
3 beaten eggs
1 sm. can French fried onion rings (to be used at end of cooking time)

Preheat oven at 400 degrees.

Mix all ingredients together. Bake for 20 minutes. Sprinkle can of French fried onion rings on top for last 2-3 minutes.
