SHEPHERD'S PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
2 cans creamed style corn
4 or 5 medium size potatoes

Cook potatoes in salted water. Mash as you would for mashed potatoes. Cook hamburger until well browned. Drain very well. Place hamburger in baking dish. Spread corn over hamburger. Top with mashed potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until top is lightly brown. (Instant potatoes can be substituted).
