TENNESSEE TATERS 
2 (16 oz.) cans stewed tomatoes
1 1/2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. basil leaves
1/8 tsp. pepper
Pinch of oregano
1 (16 oz.) frozen tater tots
1/3 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Combine tomatoes, sugar, salt, basil, pepper, and oregano in a large skillet and bring to a rolling boil over high heat. Pour into greased casserole. Top with tater tots. Bake 30 minutes at 425 degrees, or until bubbly in center. Remove from oven and sprinkle with cheese. Return to oven for a few minutes if brownness is desired. Serves 6.
