SALMON PATTIES 
1 (7 3/4 oz.) can pink salmon, drained and flaked
1 egg
1/3 c. dry bread crumbs
1 tsp. minced onions
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. thyme
Dash of pepper

In medium bowl, mix all ingredients until well blended. Shape in 3 patties; place in lightly greased shallow baking dish. Bake in preheated 375 degree oven 20 minutes or until firm. Serves 3.
