SALMON PATTIES | |
1 (7 3/4 oz.) can salmon (boneless) 1 egg 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 1/4 tsp. salt 8 saltine crackers, crumbled 1/4 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce Mix all of the above ingredients and shape into 3 firm patties. Fry in oil or Pam cooking spray until golden brown on both sides. Serve on a bun with favorite toppings. |
