NAPA CABBAGE SALAD 
1 lg. head Napa cabbage
5 green onions
3/4 c. slivered almonds
2 pkgs. Ramen noodles
1/2 c. sunflower seeds
3/4 stick butter

DRESSING:

1 c. sunflower seed oil
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tsp. soy sauce
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. white vinegar

Cut cabbage into bite size pieces. Chop onions finely. Brown noodles (broken into small pieces) and almonds in butter on low heat until lightly brown. Watch carefully, cool. Combine dressing in container and shake well. Mix together just before serving. Serves 12 to 15.
