NAPA CABBAGE SALAD 
3 - 3 1/2 lbs. Napa cabbage
5 green onions, chopped
1/2 stick butter
1 jar sesame seed
2 pkgs. Ramen noodles (no seasoning)
1 sm. pkg. slivered almonds

Wash the cabbage the night before and chop onions. Drain on paper towel in the refrigerator. Melt butter and brown remaining ingredients slowly. Drain and cool on paper towels.

DRESSING:

1 c. olive oil
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
2-3 tsp. soy sauce

Mix well and refrigerate. Toss all together right before serving.
