MUSHROOM - RICE STUFFING 
1/3 c. butter
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 c. chopped celery
3 c. cooked rice
1 (4 1/2 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms, drained
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. rosemary, crumbled
1/8 tsp. pepper

Saute onion and celery until tender. Add remaining ingredients and mix.
