GRANOLA MUFFINS 
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1 c. sour milk
1 c. flour
1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. Nature's Harvest granola

Cream together the butter and brown sugar. Add the egg and mix well. Combine flour, baking powder, salt, and soda. Add sour milk alternately with the dry ingredients to egg-butter mixture. Stir in the granola.

Fill lined muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Cool on rack.

Add 1 1/2 teaspoons vinegar to 1 cup milk to sour it.
