GRANOLA OATMEAL COOKIES 
3/4 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 egg
1/4 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. granola, any flavor
2 c. rolled oats, uncooked
1 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. flaked coconut
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda

Cream butter with the brown sugar and white sugar. Add egg, water, and vanilla. Beat until creamy. Add granola, oats, flour, coconut, salt and baking soda; mix until blended. Drop cookies onto greased baking sheet, about 3 inches apart. Use about 2 tablespoons dough for each cookie, making them the size of small walnut. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes or until cookies are evenly browned. Makes 5 dozen cookies.

I forgot to get oatmeal and we didn't have any but substitute it for rolled hot cereal, which had flaxseeds, rye, barley, and triticale makes them so good and even more healthy!!!! :)
