BLACK CHOCOLATE CAKE 
2 eggs
2/3 c. cocoa
2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. oil
1 c. buttermilk
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. hot water

Mix all ingredients with a mixer until smooth and light. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.

ICING:

5 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1 c. Crisco
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla

Cook flour and milk slowly over heat until thickened. Then cool. Put Crisco, sugar, and vanilla in a bowl; beat until smooth and fluffy.
