HEALTHY SOY CHICKEN | |
6 (4-ounce) skinned chicken breast halves Dash of onion powder Dash of garlic powder 1/3 cup low-sodium soy sauce 1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce 1/3 cup vinegar 1/3 cup water 1. Sprinkle both sides of chicken with onion and garlic powders. Place chicken in a shallow baking dish. 2. Combine soy sauce and remaining ingredients. Pour soy sauce mixture over chicken. 3. Cover and chill at least 3 hours. 4. Bake, uncovered, at 350°F for 1 hour or until chicken is tender. Servings: 6 Nutrition (per serving): 164 calories, 3.1g total fat, 73.1mg cholesterol, 685.5mg sodium, 382.7mg potassium, 5.1g carbohydrates, less than 1g fiber, 1.8g sugar, 27.4g protein, 30IU Vitamin A, 2.1mg iron, 2mg Vitamin C, less than 1g saturated fat, less than 1g polyunsaturated fat, 1.8g sugar, 33.1mg calcium.
