EASY MARINATED HAWAIIAN CHICKEN
3 large boneless skinless chicken breasts

Cut each chicken breasts in half (to make thinner). Set aside and prepare marinade.

MARINADE:

1/4 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/2 garlic clove, minced
freshly ground pepper, to taste
1 tsp. red chili pepper flakes (optional if you want to add spice)

Mix pineapple juice, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic and pepper to a large bowl or freezer Ziploc style bag. Add chicken, cover with Saran or plastic wrap (or seal bag) and marinate in refrigerator for at least four hours.

TO COOK:

Heat frying pan with a dash of cooking oil to medium heat. Add marinated chicken. Cook about 10 minutes each side until chicken breasts appear browned. Sauces should caramelize slightly.
