JEN'S HAWAIIAN CHICKEN SALAD 
This is far the BEST chicken salad I have ever had!

4 cups cooked chicken breast, cubed
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sliced almonds
2 (11 oz. ea.) cans mandarin oranges, drained
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drained
1 lb. green grapes, halved

In a large bowl, combine chicken, mayonnaise and almonds. Mix well. Fold in all fruit gently. Chill before serving.

Great served on croissants or in mini phyllo shells.

Serves 8 to 10.
