Bread crumbs

Take eggs from refrigerator and allow to come to room temperature. Cover with cold water; bring to a rolling boil. Turn the eggs several times while water is heating. This centers the yolks. Remove eggs from hot water and plunge them into cold water. Peel and dry eggs with paper towel. Roll eggs in flour, then mold sausage around each egg.

Dip the egg into beaten raw egg and roll in bread crumbs. Deep fat fry in hot oil for about 3 minutes.
