HOT TURKEY SALAD 
2 c. diced cooked turkey
2 c. finely chopped celery
1/2 sm. onion, thinly sliced
6 oz. can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
1/2 sm. green pepper, cut in short, thin strips
2 tbsp. chopped pimiento or stuffed olives
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. crushed corn chips
1 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Combine turkey, celery, onion, water chestnuts, green pepper, pimiento, mayonnaise, and lemon juice in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Cover. MICROWAVE 10 MINUTES on 8, stirring after 5 minutes. Sprinkle with corn chips and cheese. MICROWAVE 1 MINUTE on HIGH, stirring every 2 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
