1 c. brown sugar
1 egg white
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecans
1 tsp. salt

Beat egg white stiff, add brown sugar gradually, beating constantly. Stir in remaining ingredients. Drop by teaspoon on greased cookie sheet. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Turn oven off when it reaches 375 degrees. Put kisses in oven let them stay in oven until oven cools off. Makes 18.
