CARROT BROCCOLI SUPREME 
15 carrots
6 tbsp. butter
Salt and pepper to taste
2 boxes chopped broccoli
3 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk

Cook 15 carrots until VERY tender. Drain, mash and add 3 tablespoons butter, salt and pepper to taste. Put in a casserole dish and push to the sides leaving a hole in the middle. Cook as directed and drain the 2 boxes chopped broccoli.

Make a white sauce as follows: Melt 3 tablespoons butter and add 3 tablespoons flour and 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Add gradually 1 cup milk and cook until very thick. Add broccoli to sauce and season to taste. Put broccoli in center of carrots. Bake 1/2 hour (until heated) at 350 degrees.
