3 egg whites
6 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. ice water
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1/4 tsp. vanilla
Pinch of salt

Beat egg whites until stiff. Add sugar, ice water, then rest of ingredients. Beat again until peaks.
