LONDON BROIL 
1 lb. flank steak (meat tenderizer)
1 tbsp. salad oil
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 tsp. chopped parsley

Trim off excess fat from steak. Wipe with damp paper towels. Combine oil with lemon juice, salt, pepper, garlic and parsley. Use half of mixture to brush top of steak. Arrange on lightly greased rack in broiler pan; broil 4 inches from broiler for 5 minutes. Turn; brush with remaining mixture. Broil 3-5 minutes longer. To serve, slice very thinly, on diagonal, across the grain.
