GLAZED LONDON BROIL | |
1 or 2 flank steaks 1 tbsp. sugar 2 tbsp. soy sauce 1 tsp. salt 1 tbsp. salad oil 2 tsp. tenderizer 2 tbsp. sherry or vinegar 1 tbsp. honey or corn syrup 1 tsp. Accent 1 tsp. garlic powder Piece steak with fork on both sides. Combine ingredients; pour over steak. Let stand 2 or 3 hours; turn occasionally. Broil or grill, allowing 4 minutes per side. Slice in thin diagonal slices against grain. |
