SNOWBALL COOKIES 
1 c. butter, softened
1/3 c. sugar
2 tsp. orange juice
2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. all-purpose flour
2 c. chopped pecans
Powdered sugar

Cream butter and sugar, vanilla and salt; mix well. Add flour; stir in pecans and add other ingredients. Shape dough into small flat balls. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 325 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Be careful not to burn. Roll in powdered sugar while warm. Yield: approximately 4 dozen.
