VIDALIA ONION SALAD 
3 c. thinly sliced Vidalia onions
1 lg. head lettuce, torn in bite-size pieces
8 hard-boiled eggs, sliced

DRESSING:

1/2 c. mustard
1/2 c. mayonnaise
Onion salt to taste
1/8 tsp. lemon pepper
2 tsp. white vinegar

Mix all dressing ingredients together. Make layers of salad by starting with 1/2 lettuce, 1/2 onion and 1/2 eggs. Pour half of dressing over the combination. Repeat layers. Use remaining sauce on top. Cover and chill 2 hours. Good with steak and potatoes.
