CONEY ISLAND SAUCE 
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 tsp. beef bouillon (or 2 cubes)
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. sugar

Brown meat, onion and garlic. Stir in other ingredients. Simmer uncovered 10- 15 minutes. Spoon over frankfurters which are in buns.
