1 pkg. 10 oz. frozen spinach, thawed and drained
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 c. milk
3 eggs
3/4 c. bisquick baking mix
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg

Heat oven to 375°F. Grease pie plate. Mix spinach, cheese and onion in plate. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth. Pour into pie plate.

Bake until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. About 30 minutes. Cool 5 minutes.
