1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. onion
1 env. taco mix (1 1/4 oz.)
1 1/4 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick
3 eggs
2 tomatoes, sliced
1 c. shredded cheese

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease pie plate (10 x 1 1/2 inches). Cook and stir beef and onion until beef is browned. Drain off excess fat and add seasoning mix. Spread in pie plate. Beat milk, Bisquick and eggs until smooth. Pour over meat. Bake 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees. Top with tomato and cheese. Return to oven and bake until done, 8-10 minutes more. Cool 5 minutes. Serves 6-8 people.
