1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 env. taco seasoning
3 eggs
1 1/4 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick mix
1 tomato, chopped
1/2 c. shredded cheddar

Fry beef and drain; add onion and taco seasoning and saute 10 minutes. put into greased pie tin.

In blender add eggs, milk, Bisquick and blend 15 seconds. Pour over ground beef and bake 25 minutes at 400 degrees. Take from oven; add 1 chopped tomato and 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese and bake an additional 10 minutes more or until knife come clean.

Serve with, chopped tomato, shredded cheese, chopped lettuce, sour cream and taco sauce on top if desired.
