LIME-APPLE SALAD 
1 pkg. lime Jello
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped apple
1/2 pt. whipping cream

Drain the pineapple. Heat the pineapple juice and then the cream cheese to it to melt. Pour the mixture over the Jello. When partially set, add the other ingredients. Fold in the cream. Pour into a Jello mold and set. Serves 12.
