BAR - BE - QUED STEAK 
2-3 lbs. round steak
1 1/4 c. ketchup
3/4 c. water
3 tbsp. vinegar
1 sliced onion
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 tsp. mustard
2 tbsp. brown sugar
4 drops liquid smoke

Brown steak in skillet and remove. Combine remaining ingredients in large bowl. After removing steak from skillet, make water gravy (about 3 cups). After the water gravy thickens, combine with sauce mixture and pour over steak in casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours.
