MUSTARD STEAK BAR-B-CUED 
2 lbs. boneless round steak
1 tbsp. cooking oil
3/4 c. catsup
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. wine vinegar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
Pepper

Trim excess fat from steak. Cut into serving pieces. Heat oil in skillet, brown steak. Place steak in 2-quart shallow baking dish or pan. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over steak. Cover and bake at 325 degrees for approximately 1 1/2 hours or until tender. Serves 6 to 8.
