1 pkg. (1 tbsp.) yeast
1/2 c. warm water
1 tsp. honey
1 tsp. salt
1 1/3 c. flour
Salt (coarse salt, if available)

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add honey, salt and flour. Knead until smooth. Roll pieces to form letters. If forming a name, place letters slightly touching. Place on cookie sheet and brush with beaten egg. Sprinkle with salt. Bake 10 minutes (or until lightly browned) at 425 degrees. Makes approximately one name.
