ORANGE ZUCCHINI CAKE 
1 c. all purpose flour, sifted
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
2 eggs
1/2 c. Kellogg's All Bran cereal
1 1/2 tsp. grated orange peel
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. grated zucchini (seeds removed)
1/2 c. nuts

Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg and set aside. In a large bowl, beat the sugar, oil and eggs well. Stir in the cereal, orange peel, vanilla, zucchini and nuts and mix well. Add dry ingredients mixing well. Spread mixture in a 10"x6"x2" pan and bake at 325 degrees for 35 minutes or until cake tests done. Cool completely and frost with Orange Cream Cheese Frosting.

ORANGE CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:

1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. grated orange peel
1 tsp. orange juice
1 1/2 c. sifted confectioners' sugar
1 tsp. milk

Cream all ingredients together, adding milk as necessary to get a good spreading consistency.
