BROWN JUG SOUP 
4 tsp. chicken bouillon
6 c. hot water
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
2 c. chopped potatoes
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
2 cans cream chicken soup
1 lb. Velveeta

Stir bouillon and water together in soup kettle. Add onion, celery, potatoes, vegetables and broccoli. Simmer 30 minutes. Add cream of chicken soup and Velveeta; heat until cheese is melted. You may substitute 2 packages of frozen broccoli and cauliflower for a different variation.
