ENCHILADA SQUARES 
1 lb. ground beef
4 eggs
2 c. corn chips
1 sm. evaporated milk
1 env. enchilada sauce
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. sliced ripe olives
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (8 oz.) tomato sauce

Cook beef and onion. Drain fat. Spread beef in 10 x 6 x 2 1/2 inch pan. Beat together eggs, milk, tomato sauce, and enchilada sauce. Pour over meat layer and sprinkle with olives. Top with crushed corn chips. Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Sprinkle with cheese and return to oven for 3-5 minutes. Serves 6.
