PUDDING DESSERT 
LAYER 1:
1 c. flour
1 stick butter
1 c. walnuts, finely chopped

Bake Layer 1 at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, let cool.

LAYER 2:
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. Cool Whip

Whip together.

LAYER 3:
1 sm. pkg. chocolate instant pudding
1 sm. pkg. vanilla instant pudding
2 c. milk

Whip together.

LAYER 4:
1 sm. pkg. butterscotch instant pudding
1 c. milk

Whip together.

LAYER 5:

Top with remaining Cool Whip. Shave Hershey bar on top. Serve 16. Use 9 x 9 inch glass pan.
