STUFFED BAKED POTATOES | |
6 lg. baking potatoes 1 stick butter, melted 1 (8 oz.) sour cream 1 (8 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese 8-10 slices cooked & crumbled bacon Salt & pepper to taste Lawry's seasoning to taste Bake potatoes until done. Cut in half lengthwise. Scoop out potato insides into a large bowl. Add butter, cheese, sour cream, bacon and seasonings. mix with beater. Scoop back into potato sleeves. Bake again until potatoes are hot. |
