STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
8 oz. mushrooms (about 12 )
3 slices of bacon, chopped
1/3 c. chopped green onions
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 to 4 drops red pepper sauce
1 tbsp. flour
1/4 c. whipped cream
2 tbsp. shredded Cheddar cheese

Wash mushrooms, remove stems and chop fine. Place caps on paper towels on plate, microwave at medium high (70%) for 1 minute in microwave. Set aside, place bacon in bowl, microwave on high until crisp, 2 1/2 to 3 minutes; drain. Add chopped stems, onions, salt, pepper and red pepper sauce. Microwave at high until mushrooms and onions are tender, 2 to 3 1/2 minutes.

Blend in flour, stir in cream until smooth. Reduce power to medium high (70%) and cook until thick and smooth 2 to 3 minutes, stir once during cooking. Stir in cheese.

Fill each cap, place on dish, microwave at high 1 to 1 1/2 minutes, if not carousel, rotate plate after half the cooking time.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
