STRAWBERRY CAKE 
1 white cake mix (do not follow directions on cake box)
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello
1 c. hot water
3/4 c. Wesson oil
4 eggs

Put cake mix in large bowl; add Wesson oil and then add eggs one at a time, beat well. Mix Jello with hot water and add to mix. Blend well. Pour into ungreased 9 x 13 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.

TOPPING:

1 sm. pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed
1 c. powdered sugar
Juice of 1 lemon

Beat with mixer until smooth. While cake is still hot, puncture it all over with large two pronged fork. Pour topping mixture over cake and let soak into cake.
