QUICHE LORRAINE 
1 frozen pie shell
4 strips bacon
1 onion, thinly sliced
8 oz. Swiss cheese, cut up in chunks
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
4 eggs, lightly beaten
1 c. heavy cream
1 c. milk
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Bake pie shell 5 minutes at 450 degrees. Cook bacon. Take out. Pour off fat and cook onion until transparent. Crumble bacon put in shell. Put onion on top of bacon; Swiss cheese and Parmesan cheese next. Combine (mix) next 6 ingredients and pour on top of cheese in pie shell. Bake 15 minutes at 450 degrees. Reduce to 350 degrees for another 10 minutes.
