QUICK QUICHE LORRAINE 
1 baked (9-inch) pastry shell
8 slices bacon, crisp and crumbled
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. sour cream
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. (1/4 lb.) Swiss cheese, grated coarsely
13 1/2 oz. can French fried onion rings

Heat oven to 300 degrees. In medium bowl combine eggs, sour cream, salt, Worcestershire sauce, cheese, and onions. Add bacon. Pour into pie shell. Bake 30 minutes. If browned top is desired, place under pre-heated broiler.
