1 (8 oz.) pkg. crescent rolls 2 tbsp. mustard 3 eggs 2 c. shredded cheese (Mozzarella, Muenster or Swiss) 4 c. green vegetables, chopped 1 c. chopped onion 1 stick butter 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 1/4 tsp. basil 1/4 tsp. oregano 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper Saute vegetables (I prefer broccoli) and onion in butter. Add spices and let cook until vegetables are tender. Line 10 inch pie plate with crescent rolls (crust). Spread mustard over crust. Set aside. Beat eggs well. Add cheese (I use Mozzarella). Mix well. Add hot ingredients into cold; mix together. Pour into lined pie plate. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. |
