BUSY DAY CHICKEN | |
1 (3 lb.) chicken, cut up 1 1/2 c. uncooked rice 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 1/2 c. water 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix Scatter rice over bottom of a greased 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Arrange chicken pieces (skin side up) on top of rice. Combine soup, water and soup mix. Pour over chicken. Bake covered at 325 degrees for 2 hours. Serves 4 to 6. |
