BUSY DAY CHICKEN 
1 c. raw rice
1 chicken fryer, cut up
1 pkg. onion soup (dry)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 c. water
Salt, pepper & paprika

Spread rice in a baking dish. Add 1 chicken or chicken breast, cut up.

Mix and sprinkle with onion soup (dry), mushroom soup, water and seasonings. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, covered. Uncover and bake 1/2 hour more.
