CHIPPED BEEF GRAVY 
2 (4 oz.) pkgs. thin sliced beef sandwich meat
4-6 tbsp. flour
4 c. milk
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp. butter

Take meat slices and chop into 1/2 inch pieces. Melt butter in medium-size skillet, stir in flour until a smooth paste forms. Stir milk in gradually using a wire whisk to prevent lumps. Heat slowly to simmering; stir in meat and season to taste with salt and pepper. Heat until hot. Remove from heat and stir in butter. Serve over toast for breakfast.
