SAUSAGE BRUNCH DISH | |
2 1/2 c. herb croutons 2 c. shredded cheese 2 lb. Jimmy Dean sausage 8 eggs 2 1/2 c. milk 3/4 tsp. dry mustard 1 can mushroom soup 1/2 c. milk Put croutons in bottom of greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Top with cheese. Brown and drain the sausage; place on top of cheese. Beat the eggs and add the milk and mustard. Pour mixture over the sausage and refrigerate overnight. Just before baking dilute the soup with 1/2 cup milk and pour over top. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 300 degrees. |
