STRATA (BRUNCH ENTREE) 
9x13 buttered pyrex dish
10-12 eggs, beaten
3 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
Dash cayenne pepper
3 drops Worcestershire
1/4 tsp. paprika
10 slices bread (Texas Toast, French or Italian)
20 oz. cubed med. sharp Cheddar
1 c. ham (1/2 lb. shaved ham), optional
4 oz. drained mushrooms (optional) or
1 c. zucchini (optional)

Cut bread into small pieces, alternate layers of bread and cheese in pan. Mix seasonings, milk and eggs. Pour over cheese and bread. Let stand overnight in refrigerator. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Let stand 10 minutes to set. Serves 10-12. Like a quiche. Great for brunch or lunch.
