CHINESE BEEF AND SNOW PEAS 
2 lbs. top sirloin, sliced into bite size pieces
4 tbsp. red wine
4 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. cornstarch
16 to 24 tbsp. oil
1 lb. snow peas
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp. sugar
1/2 c. soy sauce

Dry beef well and dredge with wine, soy sauce and cornstarch. In Wok or large electric skillet, brown beef quickly in 1/4 cup oil, a little at a time, adding additional oil, 1 tablespoon at a time, as needed. Remove beef to a plate, heat 4 tablespoon more oil in same pan and quickly saute snow peas until tender but still quite crisp. Return beef to pan, add garlic, sugar and additional 1/4 cup soy sauce. Mix well and serve over white rice. Serve 4.
