STIR - FRY BEEF WITH CAULIFLOWER
AND SNOW PEAS
 
3 tsp. peanut oil
1 clove garlic
3/4 lb. beef, thinly sliced
1 lg. onion, sliced
1 sm. cauliflower, cut in sm. pieces
6-8 oz. snow peas
1 tsp. sugar

Slice garlic into oil and brown lightly. Remove garlic. Lightly brown beef and remove from pan. Add peas and cook until limp but still green. Then add cauliflower and onion. Stir-fry until vegetables are crisp-tender. Thicken with sauce.

SAUCE:

1 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. low salt soy sauce
1/2 c. low salt chicken stock
Pepper
