PISTACHIO, LEMON, COCONUT, OR
CHOCOLATE DESSERT
 
1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. finely chopped nuts

Mix and press into 9 x 12 inch pan. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees.

SECOND LAYER:

8 oz. Philadelphia Brand cream cheese
1 c. Cool Whip
1 c. powdered sugar

Mix and spread over First Layer.

THIRD LAYER:

2 sm. boxes pistachio cream instant pudding
3 c. milk

Mix and spread over Second Layer. Add rest of Cool Whip.

This is a great recipe! My Aunt has made it for years. She use 3 tablespoons of sugar in her crust mixture and also walnuts and uses the chocolate pudding. Sprinkle toasted coconut on top of the cool whip! It's Great! yum
