Cool Whip 1 c. powdered sugar Mix and spread over First Layer. THIRD LAYER: 2 sm. boxes pistachio cream instant pudding 3 c. milk Mix and spread over Second Layer. Add rest of Cool Whip. | |

This is a great recipe! My Aunt has made it for years. She use 3 tablespoons of sugar in her crust mixture and also walnuts and uses the chocolate pudding. Sprinkle toasted coconut on top of the cool whip! It's Great! yum
