QUICK CHILI 
1 lb. ground beef
1 sm. to med. onion, chopped
2 cans chili flavored beans
2 cans tomato soup
1 can tomatoes
Chili powder to taste

Heat chili pot. When pot is hot enough to make hamburger sizzle, spread hamburger over the bottom of the pot. Add onion to hamburger, be careful not to allow the onion to blacken. After hamburger has turned gray throughout, add remaining ingredients. If hamburger is less than 85% lean, excess fat should be drained before adding ingredients. If soupier texture is desired, add water to thin. If tomatoes are tart, sweeten to taste. Diced cheese and/or onions may be sprinkled on chili after being served.

NOTE: If ground beef is 85% or greater, add 2 tablespoons oil to the pot.
